1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Booking and Reservation Policy

2.1 Reservations

All reservations booked on our website or directly with our hotel are subject to availability and confirmation. Confirming your reservation requires a valid credit card. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card before to arrival.

2.2 Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request but are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Age Requirement

Guests must be at least 21 or more of years of age to check into the hotel and to access the casino floor.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate plan and dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking. In general, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

3. Payment and Fees

All accommodation rates are listed in US dollars and are subject to any relevant taxes and fees. Room rates are based on double occupancy, unless otherwise specified. Additional guests may incur additional costs.

3.2 Resort Fee

A daily resort fee will be applied in addition to the lodging rate. The resort charge covers a variety of amenities and services, including Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and in-room coffee.

3.3 Incidental Charges

A hold will be placed on your credit card for estimated incidental charges during your stay.

4. Casino Rules and Regulations

4.1 Age Restriction

All casino guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo identification to enter the casino floor and participate in gaming activities.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Possession or use of illegal drugs
• Excessive intoxication
